Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are available for all treatments or for any fixed amount and are valid for 6 months.

Contra-indications
You will be asked to carry out a consultation on your first visit, which is updated on subsequent visits. However, please inform us if you have any specific/recent medical conditions or allergies. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel your medical condition deems you unsuitable but will endeavour to provide you with an alternative.

Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 16 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.

Time Keeping
Please arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit to allow time to complete a consultation. Thereafter, kindly arrive promptly to avoid the disappointment of reduced treatment time.

Cancellation Policy & Deposits
Please note that we require 24 hrs notice for cancellations or a 50% charge will apply. If the appointment is cancelled on the day there will be a 100% treatment charge. We may require a deposit if It happens on more than one occasion.

Courses
Courses are non-refundable but if you are unable to carry out the rest of the course the remaining balance can be redeemed against other treatments.

Due to be being situated in the basement of a listed building we are regrettably unable to provide accessibility for some disabilities.
